9am to 1pm,  Town of Islip Shred Day The Town will host a FREE Shred Day on June 4th, 2022 from 9AM – 1PM. Protect your identity by bringing bank records, medical records, tax bills or any other personal documents to be shredded at the Multi-Purpose Recycling Facility located at 1155 Lincoln Avenue, in Holbrook. 1pm, Bayard Cutting Arboretum Saturday Story Hour (Ages 2-4 with caregiver) The cost is $5 per person. No registration is required. Walk-ups welcome. In the first part of our story hour, we invite children to come and explore our outdoor classroom and tour the surrounding farm space. We will gather for the second half of the hour to have our story time. Caregivers are welcome to bring a blanket or yoga mat for their children to relax in the shade and listen to the week’s literary selections.
