 All Day, Take & Make Craft (Gr. K-5): Coffee Filter Rainbow The kits are on a first come, first served basis, while supplies last. 10am, One-on-One Medicare Counseling and Assistance Register for a 30-minute phone appointment to speak with a Suffolk County volunteer from HIICAP to answer questions and provide information regarding Medicare health insurance and benefits, Medicare Savings Programs and EPIC. All Day, Take & Make Craft Kit: Kokedama: Japanese Hanging Plant Kokedama is the Japanese art of growing plants in a moss-covered ball of soil wrapped with string. Learn how to create your own hanging houseplant using this technique. If picking up the kit curbside, please call ahead so we can have it ready for when you arrive. Limit one kit per person. 2:30pm Blood Drive St. Thomas More Church will be hosting a blood donation drive with New York Blood Center. Appointments are strongly encouraged. Walk-ins will be permitted if social distancing can be maintained. To make an appointment, go to or call 800-933-BLOOD. 6pm, SAT Prep-Small Group Instruction Prepare for the upcoming SAT test. You must register and drop off to the library a non-refundable check for $100 made payable to Tom Kenney by the date of the first class. (Subsequent classes are April, 22, 29 & May 6) Once we receive your check, you will get the Zoom invitation to the class.  IMPORTANT NOTE:  Participants must provide their own copy of the book: The Official SAT Study Guide from The College Board.  Presented by: Tom Kenney, Educator *Registration required for Zoom invite. 10:30am Miss Dara Sings Sun and Showers Sing along with Dara Linthwaite as she plays her guitar and sings beloved songs from childhood. 2pm, Take & Make Baking Kit: Simply Creative with Chef Rob Scott: Brooklyn Style Soft Baked Pretzels Make your own delicious pretzels with Chef Rob’s take & make kit. He’ll demo the process live on YouTube. Dry ingredients will be available for pickup one day prior to the event, while supplies last. Don’t have time to pick them up?
