The Hauppauge Public School District’s Kindergarten Packet Distribution will be taking place during the week of January 6th – January 10th. Packets can be picked up at the District Office Whiporwil Building on 495 Hoffman Lane in Hauppauge from 8 am to 3:30 pm. No appointment is necessary.
At the time of packet pick-up, appointments to return completed packets will be made as follows:
Forest Brook Elementary School: Week of February 3rd
Bretton Woods Elementary School: Week of February 10th
Pines Elementary School: Week of February 24th
