Oyster Farming on Long Island

Oyster farmer and master oyster shucker, Keenan Boyle, will give you a glimpse into the resurgence of oyster farming today. He will speak about his experience working on a local oyster farm and discuss the environmental benefits of creating a wild setting for oyster farming. Everyone will also get to taste a genuine Blue Point oyster!
