Historical Society of Islip Hamlet Garden Walk & Raffle

Join the Historical Society of Islip Hamlet’s Garden Party! Stroll through our selected gardens, enjoy light refreshments, and get great gardening tips.
Bring your receipt and redeem it for your tour booklet at Suffolk County Environmental Center (Seatuck) between the hours of 12pm and 2pm on the day of the event.
Your booklet will act as your admission ticket into each featured garden. It contains a map to guide you to the selected homes, and a description of each location you will visit.
This is a self-paced tour. All gardens will be open from 12pm through 4pm.
This year you can also enjoy special activities throughout the afternoon at Suffolk County Environmental Center. There will be a raffle of over 40 gift baskets, gardening presentations, light refreshments and entertainment. Raffle drawing to commence at 4 pm.
Please Note:
o Walking shoes are recommended
o We recommend visiting the gardens in a random order to prevent congestion.
o Restrooms are available at Suffolk County Environmental Center
o Insect repellant and sunscreen are recommended
o Children under 16 not permitted.
