Guided hike at Edgewood Oak Brush Plains State Forest

Outdoors Day is an free, open-house style event held in conjunction with National Get Outdoors Day. Try a new outdoor activity or introduce your family to old favorites like hiking, archery, paddling, and fishing. Bring the whole family and spend the day having an outdoor adventure!

Join DEC Environmental Educators on a guided hike at Edgewood Oak Brush Plains State Forest on Friday, June 11 at 10 a.m. on a guided interpretive hike, approximately 3 miles.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION REGARDING COVID-19:

  • A mask covering nose and mouth must be worn at all times.
  • Pre-registration through Eventbrite is required. Tickets are required for ALL people attending the event (INCLUDING caregivers and babies), regardless of whether or not they are fishing. Please reserve one ticket per person attending.
  • A minimum of six feet must be maintained between instructors and participants.
  • A minimum of six feet must be maintained between participants except those that are of immediate household.
