Diabetes Prevention Workshop

FreeDid you know that an estimated 86 million U.S. adults have pre-diabetes? By making small changes, you can reduce your risk of developing Type-2 Diabetes. This workshop will discuss the free Diabetes Prevention Program given by the Suffolk County Department of Health Services. Join us for this informational meeting to educate yourself on this growing epidemic. Registration required.
