Enjoy all the mobility, vitality, and peace of mind that a regular mat yoga practice can provide, while feeling fully supported in a chair. You may bring a yoga mat to provide grip for your feet, but it is not required. A signed physical fitness waiver must be ON FILE before the beginning of the first class.
