Amazing Athletes: Football [Facebook]

Enjoy stretching, an obstacle course, learning about the muscle group being used and the power food of the day! We Introduce the children to team building and communication through our multi-sport program. The children will learn about sports, nutrition and muscle groups while gaining confidence and having fun! Visit the library’s Facebook page at the scheduled time to view this event.
