Join us for an intimate conversation and extensive Q&A with Violet, Tamara & Jamal Payne, the family of former Newsday columnist and Pulitzer Prize winning reporter and editor Les Payne. They will discuss Payne’s posthumous work, “The Dead are Arising: The Life of Malcolm X,” and how his decades as a journalist influenced his life and theirs.
